GREETINGS WEBE

I KNOW IS NOT MY POWER TO CHANGE

BUT I REALLY REALLY REALLY HAPPY TO HAVE BACK WEBE...

RIGHT NOW I EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE SERVICE SINCE IT CHANGE TO UNIFI.

PLS CONSIDER MY REQUEST... 

MAYBE SOME PEOPLE WILL SAY " IT IS SAME WEBE AND UNIFI NOW.. JUST CHANGE OF NAME" 

BUT HERE MY EXPERIENCE.
UNDER WEBE MY HOME STILL HAVE 4G CONNECTION... BUT ONCE IT CHANGE TO UNIFI... IT DIRECTLY NO CONNECTION.

it works for me, some say the connection is better after changed to unifi...

u might wanna check your settings especially apn... try restart your phone, take out and reinsert your sim card... if all these doesn't work u should report this to customer care https://www.webe.com.my/explore/contact-us
