Check to ensure the device memory storage are not near the capacity limit. Update the application to the latest version. Clear application cache. If you have enabled Auto Update in your device setting, the App will automatically be updated with the latest version with new features and fixes once available.   If you choose to manually update, be sure to check out every 2 weeks, as we continuously work to improve the app.

We optimized our app to work on the latest operating system by Apple(iOS) & Google(Android).   To avoid any display or functions issues, just be sure to use iOS 7 and above or Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and above.

Yes, you can pay using the app.   We accept different payment options including Credit and Debit card bearing Visa or MasterCard logo, American Express, and if you prefer you can also make payment using FPX service ( savings and current account ).   Just be sure you already have Internet banking facility enabled with your bank.

You don't need to create an account for the mobile app if you already have an existing webe Self-Care account.   You can login with the same username (email) and password that you use to access the web version.

You can manage and self-serve similar to the web Self-Care.   As we are continuously improving the user experience, you may see some function which is deployed in the web but not yet in the App. We will definitely include in this in next revision of mobile app.   Currently, the below self-serve function is not available in the mobile app, please use our web version instead:   1.
