We will only start charging upon you have successfully received the SIM card from us. We will activate your SIM card once our delivery partner informed us that they have successfully delivered the SIM card. However, if you have opted to switch your number to webe, your bill will only start upon successfull switching to webe. You will receive notification via SMS once your current service provider has handed over your number to webe. YES! You can get your Call Detailed Record (CDR) from your bill statement in the Self-Care account. Follow this steps below: STEP 1 : Log-in to Self-Care at https://webe.com.my/selfcare STEP 2 : Click on Self-Care 'Bills' tab STEP 3 : Scroll down to 'Bill History' You can view up to 6 months bills (as well as the CDR details).
You will receive your first bill statement in the following month after you first registered with webe. Your first bill will consist of: 1.Pro-rated charges of monthly commitment fee 2.Advance charges of monthly commitment fee 3.Other charges (if any) Your subsequent bill will only contain items #2 and #3. If you have purchased a phone, it will appear here too as well with the first payment you made. To find out more about the details in your bill, you can check the details here.
You can log in to webe Self-Care at https://webe.com.my/selfcare and you can view and print your bill online. For your convenience we also keep your last 6 months bills. Please download the PDF and keep this copy safe for your future reference. If you require bill older than 6 months, please chat with our webe representative and they will assist to generate the bill for you, however there is administrative charges of RM 10 per bill to retrieve your bill older than 6 months.

You will receive the bill in your registered email (as PDF attachment) for FREE once a month after your invoice has been generated. Please check your Junk Mail folder in case you don't receive it. To open the PDF attachment, please key in your last 6-digit NRIC (if you are Malaysian citizen) and if you use other documents to register, simply enter the numbers . You can also check your bill from your Self-Care account
