Your credit limit usage comprises of your previous and current bill (which have not been paid in full) and any unbilled charges at this moment (this means any calls, SMS, VAS purchased that have not been charged to your bill). Therefore, even though your bill may just be generated today (for example), you will still see there is usages in your credit limit.

It's a drag when you want to make a call and suddenly find out you can't make any outgoing call. To ensure you don't get to this situation, we will send you a notification at 80% and 100% credit limit utilization. Once you receive this notification, please ensure you remit payment of the usage and your credit usage will be reduce back (so you have more airtime to make calls). We also encourage you to sign up to webe Auto-Pay service so that you don't have to worry when you bill is generated and you forgot to pay your bills. What's more you get to enjoy RM 2 rebate on next bill for every successful Auto-Pay payment. Just log-in to your Self-Care account and register for this service.

Definitely, we will send you SMS and Email notification once you have exceed your credit limit. To ensure you don't exceed your limit, once your credit limit being utilized to 80% we will send you a notification via SMS and email too. This way you can always make the necessary arrangement to pay any outstanding/usage before your line exceed the limit.

It's simple... You can either choose to Self serve from your Self-Care account or you can walk in to our webe lounge and get assistance from our webe consultant to increase your account credit limit. Your Self-Care or webe consultant will advise the deposit amount required as it varies according to the amount that you wish to increase. Once the required deposit payment is done, your account credit limit will be updated immediately.

You can see your credit limit by logging in to webe Self-Care at https://webe.com.my/selfcare. And, it is displayed in the 'Dashboard' page as percentage (%) balance of your available credit limit. For your convenience, we also display credit available in RM (Ringgit Malaysia).
