Opps, currently native video calls support aren't available yet for iOS (Facetime) and Android devices. You can still use your never-ending data to make calls using apps like WhatsApp, Facebook, Skype, Viber and any other apps that support video calling. We will be sure to keep you updated once we have enabled native video calls support on webe.

We optimized our network for 480p video streaming to match your phone screen size and reduce your phone battery consumption.   Yes, you are able to stream 1080p high-resolution video streaming but it may require a longer time for loading before the video streaming starts. You may also see some buffering in between.

For other mobile operators, tethering is enabled by default and it will consume your monthly allocation (this means you always have to purchase additional top up data).   webe is the only service provider in Malaysia that offers UNLIMITED mobile data, as such we are unable to provide free tethering service.

Yes, you can tether your phone to any other phones/tablets to share your data plan, however, this is not enabled by default. To enable tethering, follow this steps:   STEP 1: Login to your Self-Care account at https://webe.com.my/selfcare STEP 2: Click 'Subscriptions' STEP 3: Under Data Value Added Services, select Personal WiFi 2-hours pass STEP 4: Click 2 on 'Buy' and then 'Confirm' to purchase   You can now tether to any phone by enabling WIFI sharing on your phone. The usage starts from the 'Confirm' stage and last throughout the duration of the pass. The pass charges will be reflected in your next month bill.
