YES, you can disable the function from your Smartphone for Call Hold and Call Waiting; just toggle the applicable function in your phone setting. Please note however, that Missed Call Notification via SMS is not a function that can be disabled.

Caller ID is automatically enabled when you subscribe to webe Postpaid service. There is no additional steps required. Just ensure that in your phone that Caller ID status is set to enabled.

Your account comes with a pre-defined credit limit which is shared across all your line (services), the moment your account reach 80% credit limit utilization, we will notify you and upon credit limit reached (100% usage), we will further notify you. At this stage your service is suspended and to resume service you are required to make payment.
